Our staff updates properties on a weekly basis to ensure that all the homes listed are currently available for sale. You can view DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS of the homes immediately and PICTURES of the properties are usually available within a few days after initial posting.
Membership Levels
HUD/VA Membership is FREE but requires your name and e-mail address. E-mail address is required to send password for login. Members at this level have access to PICTURES and DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS of all currently available HUD & VA homes. You will recieve your password in your email immediately. Your email address will not be shared with any other entity, corporation, or marketing firm. (We hate junk mail too!)
Registered Membership is FREE but requires some basic information. Members at this level have access to PICTURES and DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS of all currently available HUD & VA properties. As well as Bank Owned Foreclosures, Relocation & Corporate Owned properties. Your information will not be shared without your express permission.
Pre-Qualified Membership is FREE but requires detailed information. Members at this level have access to PICTURES and DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS of every property on the site. Only with your express permission will your information be assigned to a qualified mortgage lender.
Real Estate Agents and Brokers Agents and Brokers have access to all homes on the site and additional information not available to the public with proper verification of licensure.
All information submitted into this website is sent through a secure and encrypted Website/Database application.
